Chef In The News
Tenth Edition, May 2008

Welcome to the tenth edition of “In the Kitchen”.  Spring is just starting, the tulips  are blooming and buds are just sprouting here in the Nation’s Capital.  After a near record snowfall this winter, I think we are all looking forward to a summer of great outdoor BBQs and trips to the cottage.  Happy Spring to all and may your summer be playful, not too rainy and filled with loads of memories and good food.
